1. What are FirstCol's hours of business and can you be contacted out of hours?

FirstCol’s office hours are 08.00 – 17.00hrs Monday to Friday during this time we can be reached on 01293 537 878. Outside these hours we have 24hr on call service which is available via 07872 181 592.

2. How are complaints handled and who is the point of contact?

We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standard. If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. Milton Sakutukwa – Managing Director will handle complaints personally in the first instance. CQC complaints procedure can be found at their website: www.cqc.org.uk

3. Is FirstCol affiliated to any other agencies?

FirstCol operates as one agency; all our services and staff are supplied through FirstCol and we do not out source to affiliates. Training is provided to our staff via FirstCol’s sister company Safe Response Training.

4. What insurance cover does FirstCol have?

The Agency has comprehensive insurance cover in respect of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability. Any Staff wishing to operate via a limited company will be required to provided documented avoidance they have all required insurances in place prior to being sent to work.
